Transport for London
There is provision for five new stations along the route which would be designed to be integrated within the redevelopment of the area. Beckton Riverside would serve the development proposals for the area between the River Thames and the A1020 in the vicinity of the proposed Thames Gateway Bridge.
Creekmouth, Barking Riverside and Goresbrook (formerly Dagenham Vale) stations would be located so as to maximise catchments within the Barking Riverside development.
Dagenham Dock station would be an interchange with the existing rail services. The area around Dagenham Dock is proposed to be redeveloped as a high density employment area concentrated around the interchange.
