Meeting demand in east LondonThe Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is adding an extra carriage to its trains to accommodate increasing passenger numbers. Within this section you will find information about ‘Phase 2’ – the planned enhancement of the DLR on the routes from Poplar to Stratford and Beckton.
Option Development
Increasing the length of trains from two-car to three-car operation and improvements to a major junction to meet projected levels of growth.
