A vital transport link to east London.
The new DLR extension is now open, a year ahead of the Olympics Games, providing huge regenerative benefits to the Lower Lea Valley area and offering vast opportunities to the local communities which have previously had limited public transport options. The extension provides a high frequency service, 7 days a week, and four brand new and fully accessible stations. The DLR services operate between Stratford International and Woolwich Arsenal via Canning Town during peak hours. Outside of peak times, trains will operate via Canning Town through to Beckton. Trains on the new route run approximately every 8 minutes to Woolwich Arsenal and Beckton.
